I have been invited into the gorgeous green kitchen at Hilliard-Bruce Winery in the stunning Santa Ynez Valley for the first cooking class of the New Year! Join us as I demonstrate how to cook with grapes and wine to make a delicious California-Mediterranean inspired meal. Whether cooking is a passion or a new year’s resolution, these beautiful wine country recipes will be a wonderful addition to any home cooking repertoire.
